SOLITAIRE LODGE  –  $99/person night  –  $3800/week (July/August)

SOLITAIRE LODGE.  Enjoy old Muskoka tradition in this 85 year old retreat. Dominated by spectacular views the lodge, situated on Lake Solitaire and its surroundings are a natural base for long canoe trips, backwoods skiing and hiking.  The lodge sleeps 18 comfortably and is equipped for self-catering. Set back from Lake Solitaire on pleasant ground, this lodge is spacious but cozy with a special corner for every member of your family.  It fronts on a sandy beach on Lake Solitaire where the water is shallow, making it suitable for families with young children.

  • Fishing is free on Lake Solitaire (note: we do not stock that lake, fish in the lake are bass and lake trout)
  • No air conditioning
  • You need only bring your food, beverages, toiletries and towels

BUCK LAKE LODGE  –  $99/person night  –  $3800/week (July/August)

BUCK LAKE LODGE.  Soaring windows provide breathtaking views of Buck Lake further enhancing the open airy living/dining quarters of this expansive lodge.  Nature is brought into your bedroom.  A wide wrap-around veranda allows easy out-door living in seclusion close by the dock and unspoiled waters of Buck Lake.  The Lodge is the only dwelling on this private lake. Alone in the wilderness has often been used to describe experience at Buck Lake Lodge.
